Licensing and Support

One time configuration, set-up, testing, 1 month free Service Calls after go-live during business hours, plus first year's license: $3,500.00*

Annual License Renewal: $1,500.00*. You will be notified prior to subscription renewal.

Licensing fee includes 5 support calls per year within business hours. After that, service calls are $100* per incident (no charge if fault is attributed to the CustomsNet software itself).

*Taxes are extra.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.

We will follow up with Canada Customs as required in the event of an outage.

Upgrades are provided as part of your annual license fee.

Systems we have deployed and currently support as part of CBSA's internal Customs Gateway include dispatching, bundling and error handling systems.
